Biniam Natnael Desta

Coached rugby for 19 years in Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Valley View Boxing Gym
  • 2006 to 2025
  • English, Amharic
I coached rugby at Addis Ababa Valley View Boxing Gym from 2006 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Biniam

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Biniam: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
