For 36 years I have been the home economics teacher at Pioneer Grammar School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
