Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

For 25 years I've mentored people in engineering and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Bimala
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Bimala: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
