Bimala Indira Baral

Home economics teacher at Baobab Technical College, Since 1981

  • Baobab Technical College
  • Since 1981
  • English
For 45 years I have been the home economics teacher at Baobab Technical College. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Bimala

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Bimala: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
