I've coached cross country at Gateway Sports Club since 2015. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.

What gifts mean to Bimala: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
