For 40 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Riyadh Middle School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Bilal

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

Subjects taught

What gifts mean to Bilal: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
