Mentor in small business and nursing

🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
Good Shepherd Community Trust
1990 to 2023
English, Portuguese, Spanish

For 33 years I've mentored people in small business and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Bianca

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
