Bhavna P. Pawar
Painter, potter and teacher at The Coimbatore Print Workshop
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
- The Coimbatore Print Workshop
- 1990 to 2009
- English, Marathi
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1990 at The Coimbatore Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
