Bhavna N. Jadeja
Software mentor, New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- Since 2008
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through New Delhi Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Bhavna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Bhavna: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
