I've coached chess at Dwarka Athletic Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Bhavna: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1986. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Fresno.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
