Teacher at Madurai Technical College, loves home economics

For 40 years I have been the home economics teacher at Madurai Technical College. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Bhavna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Bhavna: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
