Bhavani J. Iyer
Volunteer mentor with Elmwood Community Trust
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Elmwood Community Trust
- 1995 to 2024
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Elmwood Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You helped me get my first software job in 2015. I still have your notes. Truly.
