Bhavani G. Rathnam
Volunteer mentor with Beacon Youth Network
- 🇮🇳 Rajkot, Gujarat, India
- Beacon Youth Network
- Since 1985
- English, Kannada
For 41 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
