For 38 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Jacaranda Grammar School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Bhavani
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Bhavani: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
