Bharath S. Krishnan
Leadership mentor, Hubballi
- 🇮🇳 Hubballi, Karnataka, India
- Since 2003
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Maple Ridge Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Bharath
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
