I'm a mentor in software. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Bharath
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Bharath: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
