Bharath F. Kumar
Volunteer mentor with Lucknow Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Since 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 910 people through Lucknow Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Bharath
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
