Beverley E. Gordon

Master of leatherwork, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
  • 1979 to 1996
  • English
My trade is leatherwork. I opened my own shop in 1979 in Kingston and I'm still there most mornings. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I'm still learning every day.

More about Beverley

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Beverley: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
