Beverley Brown

Jazz and tabla teacher

  • 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
  • Half-Way Tree Orchid Quartet
  • Since 1983
  • English
I play jazz and tabla. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.

More about Beverley

I write my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
