Bethlehem Mekdes Taye

Fermentation and vegetarian cooking cook

  • 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
  • 1987 to 1999
  • English
I run Little Summit Grill in Mekelle. We started in 1987 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. Over the years we've fed 350 people and counted every smile. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
