Bernd Walter Pfeiffer
Helping people break into software
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Munich Foundation
- Since 1987
- German
For 39 years I've mentored people in software and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
