Bernd Patrick Schäfer
Retired materials science lecturer
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Sunrise Polytechnic
- 2011 to 2019
- German
I spent eight years as a lecturer in materials science at Sunrise Polytechnic in Munich. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Bernd
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Bernd: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
