I'm a mentor in nursing. I spent my career as a postal worker and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Berk
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Berk: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
