I'm a mentor in trades. I spent my career as a clerk and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Berhanu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Berhanu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
