Bereket Solomon Regassa
19 years teaching economics in Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Lotus Academy
- Since 2006
- English, Amharic
I teach economics at Lotus Academy in Hawassa since 2006. Most days I teach Grade 11, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 640 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Bereket
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Bereket: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2010. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Shubra.
