Bereket Fikru Jemal

Coached baseball for 35 years in Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Boxing Gym
  • Since 1991
  • English
I've coached baseball at Addis Ababa Boxing Gym since 1991. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Bereket

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
