Bereket Bereket Abate
Mentor in entrepreneurship and leadership
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Since 1985
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Adama Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
