Helping people break into leadership
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Étienne, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Saint-Étienne Learning Hub.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Benoît: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
