I've coached hockey at Tel Aviv Mount Pleasant Boxing Gym since 1993. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
