Bennett Thornton
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Valley View Repairs
- 1986 to 2023
- English
I've worked in blacksmithing from 1986 to 2023. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,550 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
More about Bennett
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
