Bennett G. Yates
Volunteer mentor with Westbrook Foundation
- 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
- Westbrook Foundation
- Since 2002
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 910 people through Westbrook Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
