I've spent 19 years as a lecturer in organic chemistry at Albany University in Albany. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a radio technician and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Bennett
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
