I've coached gymnastics at Manukau Sports Club since 1989. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Benjamin
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
