Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Tacoma, Washington, United States

- 2006 to 2018

For twelve years I've mentored people in nursing and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
