Software mentor, Southampton

For nine years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Benjamin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
