Benjamin N. Ford
Helping people break into farming
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Since 1982
- English
For 44 years I've mentored people in farming and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Benjamin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Benjamin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
