Benjamin M. Knight
31 years teaching geography in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakwood Academy
- 2001 to 2016
- English
I taught geography at Oakwood Academy in Oakland from 2001 to 2016. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Benjamin
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me geography in 2004 at Oakwood Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Thank you again.
