Benjamin L. Hughes
Volunteer mentor with Los Angeles Association
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Association
- 2001 to 2010
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Los Angeles Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Benjamin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
