Benjamin Hayes
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- 1980 to 2010
- English
My trade is upholstery. I opened my own shop in 1980 in Sacramento and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Benjamin
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
