Welding, done properly

My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 1991 in Sacramento and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
