Benjamin B. Francisco
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- The Central Works
- Since 1999
- English
I've worked in baking since 1999. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,030 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
