I've volunteered with Sydney Relief Network from 1987 to 1995. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
