For 14 years I ran the chess program at Los Angeles Youth Club in Los Angeles. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Beau
If you played for me, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Beau: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Glasgow.
