I've coached hockey at Ottawa Ashford Youth Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Beau
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Beau: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
