Baking, done properly
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 2007 to 2020
- Portuguese
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2007 in Niterói and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
More about Beatriz
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
