Beatriz Sandra Barros
Mentor in nursing and software
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1984
- Portuguese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,440 people through Crown Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Beatriz: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
