For 21 years I ran the rugby program at Campinas Good Shepherd Swimming Club in Campinas. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
