Beatriz L. Rivera

Leadership mentor, Girona

  • 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
  • Girona Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1992
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,500 people through Girona Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
