Helping people break into small business
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Hillcrest Youth Network
- Since 2017
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Hillcrest Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Beatriz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
