For 16 years I ran the football program at Our Lady of Peace Athletic Club in Duque de Caxias. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
